Natural Cycles digital birth control
Has/Does anyone use this new Natural Cycles birth control that goes off your basal temperature to determine fertility? Thoughts on it? I'm interested since I'm no longer on my IUD (too many complications) and don't want to mess with IUDs or hormones anymore, but I don't want to spend money on it if it doesn't actually work and just an FDA Approved scam lol 😅
