What does implantation cramps feel like?

I’ve never experienced cramping in my pregnancies but I’ve been getting positive tests & my period is due in 3 days. I miscarried in march & had a d&c so I’m wondering if that has anything to do with the cramping. Mine is very mild & in my lower back. I just can’t help but to worry.

To me it felt exactly like the cramps you get right before your period

I never had implantation cramping more so just felt very full 3-6 weeks in my uterus I found out at 8 DPO

I’m 2 days away now but yesterday I had cramps on one side all day that felt like period cramps and then one spot of brown discharge .. nothing now .. not sure if that was implantation but I’m waiting to test

I’m 4 weeks 1 day. I went to doctor today because I have been feeling cramps and feeling uncomfortable (history or recurrent miscarriages) I was denied an sonogram (because he said I was to early) I was denied my levels to be check because I wasn’t experiencing any spotting.... at this point I’m just super sad. From what I have read cramping and lower back pain is okay as long as there’s no blood (your uterus can be expanding) I haven’t missed my period yet. Suppose to come on the 21st
