Leaking colostrum at 8dpo!

Okay we are trying for our second and I’m about 8dpo (I think) we BD everyday during my fertile window and I took OPKS and got a peak surge. Yesterday morning I was changing my bra and noticed a little wet spot inside, so I looked at my nipple and it was a little wet so I squeeze and colostrum came out( very sticky)

I’m not sure what to think!! Is this an early pregnancy sign or just hormones?!? I’ve never had this before. I stopped nursing my first about a year ago!
