15 weeks. Finding out on Saturday

At 16 weeks what are baby is. I'm literally so confused as to what I'm having. This pregnancy is so much different then my pregnancy with my son. My pregnancy with my son I had all girl symptoms except morning sickness, even craved sweets the whole time was completely shocked when I found out he was a boy. This pregnancy completely different so sick in the beginning. Craving salty foods. I'm like so confused. I know you can't go by old wives tales. I'm just eager to see what this little one really is.
