Norethindrone experience anyone??

My ObGyn started me on Norethindrone on Oct. 3, 2020. I take a low dose of .35mg once daily, i was prescribed this to see if will help my lower abdominal pain before my doc goes and tries exploratory surgery. I’m wondering if anybody has tried this and had negative experiences as far as symptoms??

•I’ve had severe lower abdominal pain/cramps since about day 4 of takin this

•Severe break outs on my face, upper back/chest,, upper arms and my butt cheeks.

•Started havin a brown discharge a week before my period is due so idk if period is coming early due to the medicine or what.

•Hot flashes, as I was told that this may happen
