Please help 3 month old stuffy nose

Also seems like mucus is stuck in babies throat because of this nasty face he makes and opens his mouth like something is bothering him and my only guess is mucus. He wasn’t a snorer but now snoring a lot and nose is stuffed up. Also he will randomly get milk coming up out of his nose with snot in it. And sometimes spits up what seems to be snot and milk. He’s had a stuffy nose for about a month. I was told there’s no much I can do just pull booger’s with a nosafrida but I’ve heard saline drops isn’t recommended this young.
