Dumb question ?

So I started to take Tri-Sprintec BC pills this cycle. I started taking them on 10-1 since my last period ended on 9/30.

I’ve taken all of my pills up to tomorrow’s pill. This week is my placebo/sugar/white pill week. I know my period is supposed to start this week because of that pill.

I’ve had sex this cycle but have used condoms and none have broken. I experienced diarrhea last week and assumed it was a side effect of my BC. However, I had diarrhea within the 3-4 hr range of taking my pill a week and a half ago but not a lot of it at once. I did not have sex that day or those surrounding days I experienced the diarrhea. I took multiple preggo tests and have all come back negative.

Does this mean I am not pregnant ? I do not believe I am but I am a little unweary since I did not know abt the diarrhea hour thing.
