Im 16 years old and still have no boobs!! I am size 32A and i feel very insecure about my chest.  I want them to grow just a bit more so i atleast have some sort of clievage because my confidence is so low.  Sometimes i would take a nice picture but the only thing that holds me back from posting it is that i look completely flat and i find it embarrassing. I dont even get in pictures with my friends because of it. I know people will just say i should be happy with what i have but im not and nothing other than making them bigger will make me happy. If anyone has any advise on how i could make them grow PLEASE share!!

Hey, girlie. Let me tell you my story- when I was growing up I was also flat chested and I have always been petite. As a Latina woman, I didn’t feel womanly at all. I envied women with curves and wishes that I was blessed with more voluptuous breast. Unfortunately genetics didn’t help me out. So when I turned 21 I got implants I was so excited that I finally had boobs. But the crazy part was I always concealed them. I never had them out and to make it worse, my body was rejecting them. Implants are foreign objects and our bodies tend to fight off foreign ￼entities they do not recognize. Unfortunately when I was doing my research to find the best doctor that would give me the best results, I failed to do research on the actual implants and what the ingredients were- which by the way are extremely toxic! I can’t believe they are even legal to be honest. I was experiencing silicone toxicity. I was 24 when I decided to take my life back and went through with an explant. The reason I’m telling you this story is bc we think if we make physical changes we will feel better about ourselves but in reality we just start to nitpick and it becomes an obsession. Life is full of lessons and that was one of my biggest ones. I loved how my breast looked but I realized they were temporary. Even after you get implants you need to get new ones every 5 years, which many people don’t know. Leaving them in will lead to infections that many women also don’t know about. 
What was crazy about this was the fact that plastic surgeons were in denial and they refused to admit that my implants were causing my such pains. I’ll have to write a book about it and potentially help other women too. Love yourself first!

I'm 22 and I'm an AA cup, so the smallest size they make. It has a lot of benefits! I never wear bras except at work and no one can tell. All the ladies with big boobs are always jealous of mine. No back pain and no bras is nice

Hey girl so I’m 20 and I’m only a size B (if that) so definitely don’t feel embarrassed. I’m a smaller woman and I learned that there’s beauty’s to having that small chest . And I wouldn’t worry about if men like it or whatever because they like anything and if they don’t who cares what they think ? Also so add to that you’re only 16!! Your body isn’t fully developed yet therefore they still have time to grow as you age . Wether if they do or not they’re completely fine the way they’re ! Cheer up
