Subchorionic bleeding & Ramzi thoughts

Measured 8 weeks exactly at today’s ultrasound. Doctor discovered some minor (2cm) Subchorionic bleeding in the uterus. Has anyone experienced this before and what helped you heal fastest? She mentioned no sex or vigorous activity for the month (until a 12 week ultrasound) but any other advice is appreciated. Feeling a little anxious.

Also, I feel like baby is right in the middle of my uterus! Ramzi thoughts for gender? Heart rate is 149 bpm
