Vagina upkeeping ?

Over the years I haven’t had any mother or women figure to tell me about how to keep my vagina healthy so do you guys mind answering this question please. Beside soap and water is there any other thing you add to your vagina is okay to add lotion to where the hair grows like the roof and stuff?do we oil up the labia or add some type cream to keep it moisturized?Is there any wash or “maintenance” that you do to keep it clean and nice ?

Your not supposed to wash with soap really, just water. 😊 No lotions needed as well. Some people like to after they shave.

Apple cider vinegar occasionally can be good if you notice an odor. It will bring the pH back down, but otherwise, just wipe from front to back with a washcloth in the shower and maybe use a small amount of baby powder if you would like (cornstarch only, not talc).

No soaps are needed, just water as your vagina cleans itself out. Same with after a period, it will come out, a lot of women like to douche afterwards but things like that and soap can throw off the PH balance.
