Hello all,
I’m 25 + 4 and I hate to admit it but I’m really struggling with my mental health.
I’m so down all the time, negative, just want to cry and I’m struggling to snap out of it. I want to go back to being carefree and happy.
I’m so lonely at the moment and feel like I have no one although I do it just doesn’t feel like it.
Has anyone got any tips on things I can do to try and change this or anything that has helped them?
This is my second pregnancy and definitely the worst I felt.
