IM PREGNANT I'm so stuck on what to do

I'm pregnant and I dont know what to do!! I have a son already i have underlying health issues that affect me daily I struggle with my 2 almost 3 year old but hes in nursery now so I get a break. I am looking into starting a teaching course and now I think I wont be able to do that. Me and my partner have finally got us time, we get a break every Friday (very fortunate) and we have some us time and it's the best! My son is DEMANDING doesnt stop all day talks 100 miles an hour and constantly wants my attention. I dont know if I have it in me to have another just yet but I'm pregnant and abortion SCARES me. I'm not againts it but I'm not exactly for it either. My partner is due home from work in 5 hours and we need to discuss what's the best option for us all. Please someone give me advise I'm 3-4 weeks so very very early
