Morning sickness question!

Curious question: do you find morning sickness and diarrhea go hand in hand?

Background: I started having bad morning sickness at exactly 6 weeks. I had diarrhea or very loose stool every day it was bad. The days it was not terrible I was typically constipated. I started taking unisom and B6 for morning sickness after 1 week. It helped a little the first week but I still had diarrhea on bad days. After a week on Unisom and B6 I had a week and a half where I rarely felt morning sickness except for at night before taking my daily unisom. And my bowel movements returned to normal. Had an ultrasound 4 days ago and baby is fine so I decided to be grateful for the lack of nausea. Today it came back bad and I vomited every time I ate anything. And the diarrhea is back! So they seem to come hand in hand for me. I was curious if anyone else was the same.
