Pain in crotch - kicked in lips

I have been googling and asking mom friend’s and still can’t find any clarity !

I am only about maybe 6 weeks? Possibly earlier.

On and off throughout the day I will get this intense pain RIGHT in the crevice of my lips, right at the top as if someone kicked me SUPER hard about an hour ago and it is starting to bruise.

It is a constant pain for about and hour or two, and worsens when I move around. I feel like I have to hold my bird when I am walking 🤣.

This is my second pregnancy and I do recall feeling pain like this when I was around 30+ weeks due to my pelvis separating, but I am way to early for that !

Google only tells me STD (which all tests were negative) Or a hernia which makes absolutely no sense.

Sometimes a warm bath helps but other then that the pain hangs around and then vanishes until the next “wave”

Any ideas until my next appointment?? Anyone with similar symptoms? Thanks !! 🥴
