Enlarged Lymph node in groin

Anyone has an enlarged lymph nodes in the groin? Went to the OBGYN and she was not worried at all. Did my annual check ups, blood pap and a medical exam and everything came out normal. She said it was tiny, have a pea size and movable. Just monitor it. I feel like going to my primary’s doctor to see what he says. But i feel worried still because when you google it al you see is cancer. Anyone has a similar case?
