How do you chart postpartum bleeding (lochia)?
Do you chart it as your period or what? I gave birth on the 9th and stopped bleeding on Tuesday and just started spotting again very irregularly should I just make note of when my bleeding has stopped or started? Should my bleeding up to Tuesday be considered a period or just omitted from my charting.
