Pelvis pain? 23 weeks pregnant

Question

Anyone else having pain and discomfort around their pelvis and bottom of stomach? I can hardly walk without it hurting most of the time now. I’m just overall uncomfortable and in pain. I feel her move around most of the days so I feel things are fine. I have an appointment Monday. I’m 23 weeks Tuesday.

Yes it’s called symphysis pubis dysfunction.

I was told prenatal yoga ever day, a support belt and to make sure its under the stomach,  tylenol if it gets to bad. And if none of that helps we would be talking about PT. 
I got the pains at 20 weeks, its my second child doctor said its normal.

Also yes I have the “weight” too especially laying on my back now. I pretty much have to lay on my side no matter what.

Same here! I don’t remember this pain happening so soon with my first. The pelvic pain is worse when I’m walking for long distances but a belly band helps a lot 👍🏽

I’m 23 weeks today and I don’t feel it every time I walk but I do often feel quite a bit of pressure as well. I don’t remember it being so bad so quick with my first!

I’m 25 weeks and at first I thought it was just extra relaxin but now I’m think it honestly might be pelvic girdle pain. I broke my hip before and it hurts so bad I thought I might have refractured it but the symptoms are creepy similar to pgp I’m gonna ask my doc at my 28 week appt about it. Sitting on a ball has helped a little
