Is it possible I have a ectopic pregnancy?

Hey guys! So I just had my 2nd child last year and decided I would have a tubal ligation. Everything period wise has been fine up until 9 weeks ago. It's been 64 days since my last period and I'm not sure if I have the possibility of being pregnant or having an ectopic pregnancy. I haven't had any vaginal bleeding or spotting and no severe abdomen pain. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet but from everything I've looked up info wise, if it shows position I should either be pregnant or have the ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone had a negative test and experienced being pregnant or having the ectopic pregnancy while have a tubal ligation and missed periods?
