Is it worth it?
Can anyone who has taken it explain how her method works?
We are desperate for sleep. Our 21 week old never sleeps longer than 1.5-2 hours. -Please no judgement, we are running on fumes. She has been in regression for over a month now, before she was a wonderful sleeper.

Don’t pay for sleep training. It’s not something you need to pay for. Ha. If anything, just buy a book. 
We used extinction at 5 months. Worked like a charm, best decision ever. Now my daughter is 19 months and still sleeps like a dream!

We are on like day 7 of the ABC’s. It’s working really well! I’m not sure that your baby is old enough for it yet though? 
Also, idk what the other poster is referring to. We didn’t have to buy a magic Merlin sleep suit.

Little Z’s is more affordable. Similar in style. Plus you don’t have to buy that stupid Magic Merlin suit when the babies are little. 
Just get a good sound machine (old cell phone/iPad works if you play Colicky Baby Sleeps to This Magic Sound on YouTube) sleep sack, and black out curtains (or aluminum foil over the windows with painters tape). We chose the Velcro black out shades, but used aluminum foil at first. 
I think the program was $50 and it’s the best money we’ve ever spent. Weeks 3, 5, 8, and 12 were the hardest with infant clinging/needy behavior (as to be expected) and we never had another “leap” issue again where babe didn’t sleep once she got it down. We started once babe was born and by week 10 she knew the routine and slept 10 hours on her own. By week 12 she was sleeping 12 hours. Since then she’s slept ALL night long and only wakes up when she’s sick with an ear infection or major bug she caught from school. 
Even her naps at school are fantastic with 7 other toddlers in the room. So that’s saying something. 
Look her up on Instagram. You won’t regret it!! I know 5 other families that have used them and sing Beccas praises. My friend didn’t start the program until 9 months - her daughter would only sleep on her chest while mom and dad took turns on the couch. It was horrible! They got it turned around in 3 nights and never looked back. She’s now 3.5 years old.

It really common at 21 weeks to enter a sleep regression, so this could be a phase. Also their sleep cycles aren’t very long just from a developmental standpoint. So it’s very normal not to be sleeping at this age unfortunately, I didn’t take the course but I looked into. If you message her on Instagram she will answer your questions about the course and what it entails. I have heard good things about it,
