Miscarriage?

So I’m supposed to be 7w2d but yesterday I started having some period like cramping and sharp pain on my right side. I went to the washroom and wiped away a good amount of bright red blood and so many small clots. I went to the ER they did an abdominal ultrasound and they saw a tiny gestational sac but nothing else. No fetal pole no heartbeat. And there should have been at 7 weeks. I’m positive on the dates and so is my dr as this baby was tried very hard for and we tracked everything. They also did some blood work. I’m supposed to have more blood work done and a transvaginal ultrasound as well but I’m just feeling pretty hopeless at this point. I think I know in my heart my baby is gone, I just wanted to see if any other ladies had gone through something like this. I’m pretty devastated and I’ve never been through something like this before. It’s been 20 hours since the bleeding started and it’s still happening. Thanks in advance 😞
