It sounds like post partum depression. I'd talk to your Dr. Your body goes through a ton of chemical changes via hormone fluctuations that can throw your mood out of whack. It seems too coincidental that it happened right after you gave birth.

It could be the hormones and stress of a new baby. Maybe try couples counseling. Or if you can, date nights helped us. If there’s problems in the relationship try directly addressing them. Talk to him about what’s bothering you. That’s a long time together to just throw it away without trying something imo
