please help!!!!

i’ve been sick for 15 days as of today. the first week i got my period & had major stomach pain. i went to the hospital & they told me it could be plenty of things & just threw pills at me for me to take. i’ve been taking them but the pain just doesn’t seem to go away. they said it could be my anxiety but i just don’t think that’s it. i’m taking acid reflex meds, stomach spazz meds, and nausea meds. (all proscribed by doctors). they all tell me it’s something different. i’m barley eating because i was throwing up. i’m drinking water. has this ever happened to any of you? please help.
