When is the best time to take Ovulation Test?

Ok I bought two ovulation tests from Dollar Tree. When is the best time to take them? Morning or night? Should I drink a lot of water before taking it? I just drank coffee and is it ok to take one after I'm done drinking coffee? I've never taken these tests before.

I've read that it's best to do it later in the day, and wait a bit after you've had something to drink. :)
