Amniotic leak?

Just went to labor and delivery 3 days ago due to panic attack. I am 26 weeks pregnant. Its 4am i cant sleep been having insomnia for sometime now. When i went in to labor and delivery they confirmed I have a yeast infection. Now im laying in bed. And i feel like im leaking? I don’t know if i am or not. How would I know for sure? I don’t want to go in again for no reason.
