Need advice. Crying and diaper changes during every feeding.

Need some advice. My LO is almost 4 months and is now aware of her wet diapers. During a feeding we sometimes have up to 5 wet diaper changes. The minute she pees, she stops feeding and cries uncontrollably until we change her diaper. Problem is she spits up and has reflux so we have to hold her upright for 15 mins before we can change her diaper. She takes medicine for the reflux but we still have to hold her upright or else some acid still comes up.

Until we change her, she cries and cries...the only thing that calms her down while I wait 15 mins is if I walk around but that often results in spitting up. As a result, feeding can take 1-2 hours depending on the diaper changes and there’s A LOT of crying. I try and distract her with a toy or I sing a song during the 15 mins but that rarely works. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions that have worked for you?
