Yesterday I had this thats in the pic just once for that day with light cramps they was coming and going. Then today at 13dpo nothing but wet clear cm. Im so confused. Negative pregnancy test

It could be implantation but its kinda red for that its usually pink or dark brown. I had it kinda like that and then my period started 2 days later.
