He hasn’t taken me on a date

I need advice after separating from my ex I ran into my first boyfriend we’ve been catching up and since I already knew him I was comfortable with him coming over plus I usually don’t have a sitter so he would come once I put her to bed. But after being stuck in a relationship we’re I was rarely courted I looked forward to dating and I told him that he knows the days that I have free but he still hasn’t asked me out. he’s very sweet but do y’all think it’s a red flag that he hasn’t asked me on an actual date???
