Advice, refusing one side

I had my daughter Friday at 12:34pm her first feed she latched great and ever since shes had a bad latch. No lactation consultant on the weekends so I started using my nipple sheild that I bought just incase... That helped a lot ... She was eating fine and helped with the pain. But as of last night around 1 am she won't take the right side... Even tried taking the sheild off knowing it was going to be sore because my nipples are cracked but she won't latch :-/ my milk hasn't come in yet could that be why? Any help or thoughts would've great!!!!
