How your LO’s eat cooked rice? Perry ends up getting frustrated and making a mess but I miss it being a staple.

We mix it in with what we is eating, its usually with taco eat, beans, veggies, and cheese or a bolognese sauce  so it makes it easier.

I usually put it in a bowl and give him a spoon. He'll scoop out the first several bites then starts eating it by the fist fulls! My son loves rice lol

We squeeze the rice into little balls and she just picks them up and eats them. It works best when the rice is unbuttered and dry

Jesse really loves rice! Spanish rice, white rice, fried rice! With the white rice I usually season it with butter and greek seasoning. I’ll also sauté veggies like mushrooms, onions, peppers or give him a side of beans. He really doesn’t use utensils for his rice he just scoops it up and shoves it in.

My LO loves rice. He normally makes a big mess eating it with his hands. We do hands and I also spoon feed him some to make sure he’s filled up as much as he needs.

I try to mix it up with another food item that we are eating so it’s easier. She doesn’t really love rice though 🤷🏼‍♀️

We eat rice probably four times a week, Rosalie isn't crazy about it though. I usually will make beans in a separate pot with small cut up potatoes, I mash the potatoes and add it into her rice and it's easier for her to pick up with her fork.
