No periods then loads all of a sudden

I started my periods at the age of 11, and it only took a few months for them to go absolutely crazy heavy to the point where I was going through super plus tampons in an hour and a half.. Pretty embarrassing for a 12/13 year old! At 14 I got the implant because I was having sex.. The first year I had it, I bled 95% of the time 😩 it calmed down for the other two years.. I had it taken out last December. I had a short light period for four days and then nothing for 10 months.  I'm 18 now, had a miscarriage in June and I'm being tested for PCOS. Since I went to the hospital I've had a lot of average bleeding and a lot of spotting, all over the place. I never know when it's going to happen. I've had such bad cramps with it as well 😭
