2 year molars

What were signs or symptoms your toddler had when they were getting their 2 year molars?

Reason I’m asking is because my daughter has had terrible diarrhea for 3-4 days and the pharmacist says she’s certain it’s from two year molars. But she isn’t drooling or chewing things at all. She’s getting a bit fussy just from the diaper changes and annoyance of diarrhea but she isn’t really showing other signs of teething.
