Information from gyno that I thought I would share

Went to the gyno and thought I would share what I was told in case it might help others. I was told it takes about 3 months for your body to actually ovulate after getting off the pill and around 4-6 months after those 3 months for you to get pregnant. She also told me to put a pillow under my butt after sex and stay there for 20 minutes before using the restroom, it is an old wives tale but she said they tell their patients with fertility issues to do it and have had success with it. I know everybody's body is different but thought I would share.
