Sleep regression !!
Anyone else going insane ???
My little will not sleep ! The last week she has been refusing naps and having full blown temper tantrums before bed and won’t fall asleep until around 1am !
What do I do ?! I’m an OR nurse so I’m up super early and my husband is a police officer who has been working a ton of over time. I’m EXHAUSTED and overwhelmed.
