Monthly periods

I used to have to wait 3-6months to have a period because they were irregular or something like that. I saw a new obgyn and she put me on meds called Provera. With those meds I'm getting my period 2 months every month but the good news with that is that I'm not having the migraines that I was getting with birth control and as far as having my period the cramping were I would only get it like right before I got my period and maybe 2 day during my period but that's it which I love. But should I be concern.
