Trick or treating question.
My daughter is 19 months. We love in a small, intimate cul-de-sac, where everyone else is retired. We’re the youngest family and the only with kiddos in the household. Many neighbors have asked if I am going to bring my daughter by for Halloween. She’s so young, but she has a costume, so I figure we would just go around our cul-de-sac with her.
She usually goes to bed at 18:30. Which I realize is probably before prime trick or treating time. Ha. I can be flexible with her bedtime for one night, but I don’t want to keep her up too late. I said I should email the neighborhood and let them know what time we were planning to go out and ask if they want us to stop by. Not everyone participates usually, because we are such a small street, we don’t get a lot of kiddos coming by. My husband said that was stupid. But I don’t want to get her dressed up and relax her bedtime for no reason. Is sending an email stupid? 🤷🏼♀️
