Toddler bed ready?

Hey mamas! When do you think is the right age to switch to a toddler bed? My LO is 14 months old and falls asleep on her own in the crib and doesn’t move all night. We have another baby due in March and thinking of moving the crib into new babies room and getting her a toddler bed. Any tips? Advice?  I literally have no idea what I’m doing 🤣

The sleep trainer I consulted with said "crib til 25" (months) so that's what we'll do

Got her toddler bed right after her 1st birthday 💕 dont mind the mess in her room all her toys are in there since it's also her play room 😅 I keep a baby gate in front of her door so the dog cant go in there and I leave her bedroom door open the switch was actually easy & she loves it plus its low to the floor so she cant get hurt getting out of it! Due in February with another baby so it was another plus getting her switched before baby was here

Mine would just not sleep in a bassinet or in a crib so we co slept. About 3 weeks ago we turned his crib into the toddler bed and he goes down in it every night. Figured he just liked a “real” bed.

My best friend did floor beds for her girls and they love them

We plan on doing that kinda soon! We have baby 2 coming in Feb and I want that baby to have all the nursery furniture. I think we are going to try a floor bed! I’ve been following some Montessori￼ groups on FB and I like the idea of it!
