Divorce

My husband doesnt want to give me a divorce or wants it but he isn't willing to work it out!! We been sleeping separately for 2 3 yrs nooo sex. Hes been talking to other females i stayed thinking things would work out. Im Donne.. I also have kids thats another reason I stayed but he doesnt give the time of day to them. Im fed up. Im a home stay mom ughh how do I proceed with all this im in California can any one help me or PM please I want to get out!!! Can I serve him or what and how much would it cost im literally stuck. And noooo support
