21 and treated like a kid

So I'm 21 and this going to sound crazy but I'm about to be 22 in December and I still live with my parents right now but me and my bf are working on getting our own place but anyways to the point I have to ask my parents when I can go see my bf btw we have gone months without seeing each other and we almost broke up bc of how my mom was acting but when I go the store I have to ask etc they put a tracker on my car and they sometimes try to go through my phone I think it's really crazy tbh what do y'all think?
