Is this pink eye?

So I have not left my house in a month besides to go get groceries. Last night I itched my eye considerably hard. You know when you itch your eye and then it continues to itch, I did that. I rubbed it so hard for so long it was watering. I woke with my eye like this. It’s itched only 2 times today. And it’s been red all day. I literally have not been around anyone. Scared it might be pink eye but you get that from individuals who have it. Don’t know if I rubbed my eye so hard it did this or pink eye
