How do you keep kids busy when is it Mom time if you don't have someone to babysit or help how do you do it on your own 24/7

With a hyper child very energetic wakes up early

I have a headache it's like I'm unsure how you do this stay at home job

Cooking while kids saying look at me look at me and not cut your own finger off while chopping or burn your self while seeing what child wants.

The cleaning, cooking its a big job especially because its full time and weekends

What activities can kids do how do you manage to get some time in for mom
