Miscarriage

I’m about 7 weeks and have been having slight spotting for 3 days. Like barely there pink/brown only when wiping. Today I went it in to the dr and they weren’t able to conclusively say either way. I’m waiting for blood work now. Since my apt I’ve had worse cramping and more pink blood.

I had a transvaginal ultrasound, it was super long because she was having a hard time seeing. Could this be the reason for the increased cramping and blood? Or is it more likely that I’m having a miscarriage.
