Ultra sound experience advice plz

i have had many ultra sounds done to do past issues but its so strange that i go into the room an the tech starts checking an all like ask questions like oh wats going on or like my previous pregnancies she wont tell me anything at all just oh the doctor will tell you like she wouldent even turnt he screen or anything me me to see.

and its not my first time this happned an it gives me so much axiety like let me know what you see.

has anyone gone throught this wherw the tech doesnt say anything at all an not even let you see the screen ?
