Threatening miscarriage ?

Has anyone had a threatening miscarriage diagnosis from the ER but you ended up having a successful pregnancy? Also I went to a women and infants hospital to the ER so I didn’t go to the regular hospital ER.

I have been having some on and off spotting for 2 weeks now and my doctor took my hcg levels last week which were 12,000 one day and 48hr later went up to 19,000 so she said that was great and to keep and eye on the bleeding. I ended up having heavier bleeding today and decided I go to the ER to check it out just in case. My hcg is still rising and I had a vaginal exam which they said my cervix was closed and looked good (no more bleeding was detected) they also did an abdominal ultrasound which they didn’t know if they would see anything since I’m only 7 weeks but they saw my baby in the right spot and we saw a heartbeat and it was at 135-140. I go Wednesday to my obgyn for a vaginal ultrasound but I’m still nervous to have a miscarriage.
