Early signs? Or WEIRD coincidences ?

The last few days I have had some weird things happen with my body.

•sinus infection like symptoms that lasted 2 days

•weird gurgles in my lower stomach above my vagina

•extra wet down there, no smell.

• last 2 mornings woke up just feeling gross, and this morning I really thought I was going to puke

•extra tired

•horrible headaches that caused mild jaw pain

• frequent urination. Sometimes i feel like I’m going to pee my pants and it ends up not being much that comes out.

Tried taking a 1$ pregnancy test this morning with morning urine and it was negative (expected that due to how far away my period is)

Is it to soon to be experiencing things? Do I even have a chance of pregnancy? Why are your ladies thoughts on what I’ve describes and looking at my chart!
