Care package for a friend?

I have a friend who lost her husband suddenly about 3 weeks ago, who is also pregnant with their first. She's been grieving privately with her family, but I want her to know I'm thinking about her. We're long distance, so I'm thinking about sending her a care package. Do you think thats a good idea, and what should I put in it?

The last thing I would want to do is cook, if I was in her shoes. Gift cards to restaurants in her area she can get some take out. Pampering things.. bath bombs, candles, lotions, spa/pedicure gift cards. 
I guess maybe think if it was you— what would be beneficial to you in your time of grieving ☹️

I am a widow. Some of the best things you can do are very practical things, like the gift cards others mentioned. My biggest advice isn’t about that though. In a few weeks, most people will have gone on with their lives. Most will stop checking in on her and just return to living their lives. She will feel like people have forgotten about her, even though she has family around. The best thing you can do is remind her you remember. Call her randomly, offer an ear if you can. Most grievers just need someone to hear them. Not talk with them necessarily, but just listen. I know distance is an issue, but just try to make sure you check on her often. Mention her  husband by name, even months from now. You will not remind her of his death, she won’t have forgotten. But you will remind her that someone else remembers him, which is a great comfort to those who grieve.

U can get a nice picture of her and her late husband and put it in a nice frame. Some nice smelling candles, chocolate, a spa gift certificate. Just put yourself in her shoe and think what kind of stuff would cheer you up?
