Pregnant from previous cycle ?

I had what I assume was my period. It was heavy and filled pads and everything.

I took a pregnancy test after period ended and it was digital and came back negative.

Two weeks later I had clear discharge only for a couple days. Now I’m 9 days away from expected period.

Could I be pregnant from previous cycle ? I’ve started cramping and I have like blue veins over my chest. They go up all the way to my arms and they don’t stick out or anything. Nipples haven’t changed and neither has breast size or nipple size or sensitivity
