Light periods -TTC

I’ve had super light periods (I’m talking about maybe one full day of bleeding) and 2 days of spotting the past two months. This is really abnormal for me, I normally have 3-4 days of full bleeding. And the blood has been on the lighter side anyone suddenly have this happen to them? I was even on progesterone suppositories last month afraid my lining was too thin so I expected a heavier period this month. I have no idea what is going on, I am going to talk to my Dr about it but I am afraid they are going to dismiss it.
