I need help. Having bad anxiety

I’m 16 and 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I were fooling around. THERE was no cum and we didn’t have sex. He put a condom on and tried to put it in but didn’t work out. I’m 2 days late and today I got horrible cramps like I can’t walk this never happens and I’m getting like drown discharge saw a little blood not lots yet. I have terrible anxiety and I’m the worse hypochondriac. Is there anyway I’m pregnant? There was no sperm and a condom only thing I can think of is Precum....but how if there was a condom? Can it cause pregnancy through fingers? He had a condom on while he put fingers around my vagina too so Like I’m so confused my cycle is always on time and I’d be bleeding so much but I’m not yet and I got the worst cramps. I’m just so worried.
