Candy tax

Now that Halloween is over and many homes may have a bag of candy laying around

What are your opinions on candy tax? (Parents getting some of the hard earned candy despite not being trick or treaters)

Do you think the kids should get all of the candy because trick or treating is basically a kid thing?

Or do you think parents deserve to get some of the candy for walking the around, buying the costumes, etc?

This is a light hearted “debate” by the way lol

This year “candy tax” in my house is basically me stealing most of my sons candy because he’s only 16 months and can’t eat most of it 😂(we only went to 4 houses basically for the pictures)
