Really hot feeling inside vagina

I'm 17 years old, never had sex with anyone but I do use a dildo often. Today I started feeling very warm down there, it's hot and uncomfortable and a slight heart beat feeling in my lower stomach, I dont know if something is inflamed irritated. I dont want my insides to prolapse or for something really serious like cancer down there I dont know why I'm feeling this, can someone please help me or give me advice on what this is until I see a gyno? I'm starting to freak out
